
Khadija Channouf is the esteemed Country Director of the Moroccan Association of Cultural Harmony, dedicated to fostering cross-cultural understanding and community development. From Agadir, known for its Amazigh heritage and beautiful beaches, Khadija holds a BA in English from Ibnou Zouhr University and is proficient in five languages.
Her career includes roles with the Peace Corps and Cross-Cultural Solutions, where she developed her expertise in cultural exchange and program management. From 2003 to 2007, she served as a Language Cultural Facilitator and Home Stay Coordinator with the Peace Corps, and from 2007 to 2012, as Home Base Manager with Cross Cultural Solutions. From 2013 to 2019, she furthered her impact as an Associate, leading program development and volunteer training.
During the pandemic, Khadija created a highly acclaimed e-Cookbook of traditional Moroccan cuisine, showcasing her culinary skills and cultural heritage. She also transitioned to online tutoring, inspiring students worldwide through immersive virtual education.
Khadija’s dedication to global betterment and cultural exchange makes her an inspiring leader, inviting volunteers to join her programs and make a meaningful impact on communities around the world.

Madiha Idgharenan is dedicated to youth empowerment and community development in Morocco. Since 2018, she has worked closely with international volunteers through the U.S. Peace Corps, serving as a counterpart and cultural liaison for community projects. From 2019 to 2024, she facilitated empowerment workshops with Project Soar, supporting girls and teens in building self-confidence, leadership, and communication skills. She also collaborated with Amalna Maroc as a translator and participated in youth initiatives with the Ministry of Youth and Sports Morocco Youth Camps.
In 2024, Madiha was selected to participate in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), a prestigious professional exchange sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. She attended the program in the United States from October 4 to October 25, 2025, where she engaged with community leaders and organizations across several U.S. cities. The program focused on youth empowerment, civic engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration—further strengthening her commitment to fostering global understanding and community development.
With this diverse background, Madiha has cultivated strong skills in cultural mediation, program facilitation, and community engagement. She is passionate about creating bridges between cultures and believes in the power of cultural exchange to foster empathy, understanding, and positive change.
Today, as the Associate Director of the Moroccan Association for Cultural Harmony, Madiha plays a central role in welcoming international visitors and guiding them through immersive cultural journeys across Moroccan cities. She coordinates with local partner organizations, designs itineraries that blend travel with social impact projects, and accompanies visiting groups to ensure meaningful, responsible, and transformative experiences.
